At Street Car Care, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days, when available
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and available shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Street Car Care is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the package and damaged items.
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Delivery times, shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes may vary by country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
